About Us

Who We Are

Who We Are

Dressage Dynamics is led by Unai Paredes and Judit Sardà, two professional riders and trainers with extensive international experience in some of Europe’s most respected dressage stables. Our work is based on precision, technique and a clear vision of modern sport.

Philosophy of Dressage Dynamics — horse and rider in harmony

Our Philosophy

We believe in technical clarity as the foundation of every training session. Each exercise has a purpose, and every correction is deliberate and measurable.

Our programs follow a structured progression, building skills systematically from the basics through to the highest levels of the sport.

We integrate biomechanics into daily work, ensuring that both horse and rider move efficiently and without unnecessary strain.

Mental and physical preparation go hand in hand. We train riders to compete with confidence and horses to perform with balance and relaxation.

Above all, we hold deep respect for the horse’s wellbeing. Sustainable results come only when training honours the horse’s nature.

“Performance is only real when it is built through harmony and understanding.”
